Analysis and reporting really does it for me. I love data and I am a stickler for a good metric.

You need to understand the impact of the time and effort you are spending on your online presence.

What is the return on investment? Are you spending the right amount of time doing the right things? What’s working brilliantly? What do you need to tweak (or even, bin completely…)?

Taking the time to pull a meaningful report together can be tough though. Finding the time to also reflect on what the numbers and charts mean can be even harder.
